Daffodil Fest

This year the daffodils are surrounding are farm, and they are just about to bloom.

It's going to be a vivid, bright, sunshiny reminder that spring is in the air. The bald eagles are perching behind the house, looking for prey and providing excellent birdwatching opportunities.

Coming up this weekend, the annual Tweed Ride in La Connor, prizes will be award and along with the exercise and fresh air participants will enjoy a wine tasting social.  Click here to learn more. http://www.thedandydaffodil.com/

We have some open dates this month if you'd like to come up and stay, please check our airbnb listing for details.  There could be tulip fest weekends available if you act quickly.

News from the Valley

Is Edison the best kept secret in the PNW?  I think so, and every chance I get I head up from the farm to sip rose by the slough, get a cookie and a fresh loaf of bread at the Breadfarm, or just spend a few minutes looking at jewelry and art, or listening to country music at the Old Edision Pub.  You'll love it up here,  and Food and Wine Magazine agrees. http://www.foodandwine.com/travel/united-states/edison-washington-best-restaurants-food
